Lance Armstrong with his first Frabel Sculpture

Since the first time the Tour de Georgia was organized, the artists of the Frabel Studio have designed and created the Tour de Georgia Trophy.

In the picture, you see 7 time Tour de France winner, Lance Armstrong receiving the Tour de Georgia Award created by Frabel Artists Hans Godo Frabel and Tung Bui, when he won the Tour de Georgia in 2004. Lance Armstrong is the proud owner of several Frabel Sculptures, but the Tour de Georgia Trophy was his first.

The Tour de Georgia is North America's premier, professional cycling event and rolling festival. The 4th annual edition will be held from April 18 through April 23, 2006. The proceeds of the event benefit the Georgia Cancer Coalition.
