The Artist KnoWell, David Noel Lynch, a sixth generation Atlantan, exhibits his new and unique form of photography art, by using the glass art of world-renowned Artist Hans Godo Frabel as his subject..
KnoWell adjusts his lens and focuses on Frabel's glass sculptures, which leads to extraordinary photography art. "Blended Glass" exhibits the photographs of KnoWell projecting distorted images of Frabel's ingenious creations. Displayed by various photographic mediums, glass sculptures hidden and disguised by bursts and streams of light and vibrant colors that entwine the art of photography and glass sculpting. This exhibit offers visitors the unique opportunity to actually view the subject of the photographer, as well as the end result that is shown in the photograph, side by side.
The exhibit will be on display at the Frabel Studio located in Midtown Atlanta. The opening night will be held October 26, 2007 starting from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m., invitation and RSVP only. A live auction will be held to benefit the Atlanta History Center and the Georgia Alliance for Children. This luxurious night will be filled with hors d’oeuvres provided by IL Localino, a wine tasting provided by Persimmon Creek- Vineyards and a wonderful opportunity to socialize with those of the elite, celebrities and collectors of KnoWell and Frabel.
